Ok, here's the problem that I have not been able to figure out to an easier way.
Say I'm collecting text from the internet and say that text is primarily names and addresses. From one website, it might be multiple names and addresses, for example (by the way, this is for sales leads for our company - nothing fishy!) -

Ok, as we can see, the info repeats itself. So, other than what I've been doing, opening the file in Excel and transposing the data to columns, is there a way to get Access to recognize this into fields in a table I"ve already made? But, the part I don't get it how to get Access to do it over and over. The problem seems to be that in order to give something a field name, it has to be in columns.
I thought of this:
Field name: Data
Field name: Data
etc. but it doesn't work. My job would be so much easier if I could just figure this out and I fear that I"m not the expert I once was with Access (we're going back several years!). Thanks for any and all help - Linda
