    Hi,

I uses a combo box in my form to open a report to show the record of the item choose. However, the record in my report is duplicating as the number of data i have enter into my table

For example I have 3 different record in my table Item A Item B n Item C

So the current output of my report should be showing Item A oni when Item A is choose for the combo box in my form

But now it showing 3 Item A in my report. And it is the same when i choose Item C n Item B

It sounds like the report is based on a query with an incorrect (or no) join. What is the SQL of the query?

I am attaching the mdb let me know if this solves your problem. Changed report arranged by trasaction ID makes more senses that way.

Mark This thread solved too. The problem is that the list Box is displaying the details of Taged trasaction. so it will only display the stock level of the trasaction ID. so now tell me what do you want exactly.
This is what I will do for you:
    1) List Box will show the taged entry and stock level on that particulat transaction.
    2) A text Box will show the current stock Level.

anyways marrk this thread solved too.
