Is it possible to use the dlookup function within the table in Access, similar to how vlookup is used in Excel?
I have figured out how to use it in a form, but can't figure out how to do it in the table itself.

No - use query.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
Is it not possible, or just not recommended?
I don't know how to do a dlookup in a query. Can I base queries off of queries? Because I'm going to need one massive query that would have all of my POs listed, and the additional dozen fields that I need to look up, and then I'm going to need to base many queries off of that. That's just... dumb.
Not possible.
Yes, queries can be referenced like tables in queries.
Not dumb, that is relational database.

Not dumb, not excel
