    I don't really understand the issue.



    Do you need to add the field OccupancyNumber or do you need to add data into the new field?

    If you just need to add the field to table then open table in design view and create the field.

    If you need to add data into the field, that requires data entry or running an INSERT or UPDATE action query - probably not something you have learned yet.

    I think that I have this issue solved. Please note that to add OccupancyNumber requires a program. That was the issue, not just a field. Also, code creates a new table and takes
    OccupancyNumber of puts it as the first field.

    But, I think that I have it.
