Hey,

i work for a theatre company that uses the Outlook calendar as our..well, our everything. but as you know, there's no DB to pull info from or do searches for. it's uber inefficient as you know.
i'm thinking about starting a DB with Access for searching records, clients, and checking availability of the different venues we run.
the one thing i would like to keep from the calendar section of Outlook is the look and flow of the calendar. we are able to see a visual representation for a day or a week or a month at a time. seeing our days laid out like that and which venues are in use is very helpful in many areas.



can i replicate this in Access after creating the DB for our records for clients and storing dates and times they use specific venues? would it have to be done in vb script?
are there templates already out there for this? if so, where should i start looking for this?

any help in this direction would be great. much appreciated.
