Well I have started a payroll system which is still in progress. Before i go further, i do not understand why March dates get filtered but not April. could someone please have a look and point me in the right direction. thank you a lot

really, even the april month is working, i can't see mine april month selection working, that why i thought something is wrong

ok i notice my results get filtered but i cant see it in the listbox showing despite it being there, therefore my listbox shows empty when it not

your form won't work if you choose the same date in both fields, and your combo box is restricting your data entry to a list (probably of dates in your table, I didn't look) so if you just type in the month it will populate with the first day of the month (both field's behavior is the same) so my guess is that you're not using different dates in the two fields. If you want results for a single day you'll have to modify your query.

it ok rpeare, i fixed it, thank you, the dates comes from login activities, when they login and out anyways thanks, strangely these days my system is only working when i come on this forum for help, it somehow guides me to the right direction. sorry for the trouble. thanks for your help
