main form and subform data are not co-relating

I have a mainform with many subforms in it. After doing dataentry, I verified the main table and found that the subforms' data is not pointing to the main form.

Each subform is creating a new record in the main table.

Generally speaking, the subform would be bound to a different table than the main form, and the two would be kept in sync by the master/child link properties of the subform control. That assumes there's a field that relates them. It sounds like your subforms are bound to the same table.

Yes, I figured that out and corrected the master / Child fields and is working fine.
