    Access 2007 vs Access 2007

I have a couple issue. I have Access 2007 on my home computer and my work computer, but when I open a Access database that I developed at work on my home computer, its states that there is a compatability issue. I can I see where the two computer are out of sync?

Also, my zip drive at work is not functional, so I email my Access file that I am developing at work to my personal email address, but recently when I try to open that database at home, I get an error message stating that the file is corrupt or is not the right type of file. The file is password protected and contains code. Any thoughts. Can Access databases be convert to a lower version to help limit conflict?

I have this error between access 2013 and 2007. They are theoretically supposed to be the same, but I have not been able to find a solution. The only thing I can do that works is to do my development in Access 2003. Once my development is good I import all the objects into a blank database created on my computer that has Access 2007 installed. Then I just make sure not to do any development on the Access 2013 computer.

It's clunky and annoying but I haven't found a reliable fix either. If anyone else has I would be really interested in the solution as well.
