Where can I download an empty access 97 database? I need such a file in order to export data from an old software that needs an existing mdb file.

Never use Access 97.
Just wondering if you can export the data (text delimited file) from the old software and import to what version of access that you are using.
Probably nowhere. You would need to have Acc97 to create a dB.Where can I download an empty access 97 database?
Having an empty Acc97 database won't do you any good without tables and fields. Where would the data be stored?I need such a file in order to export data from an old software that needs an existing mdb file.
I would have to agree with lfpm062010 - try and export the data into a text or CSV file and import that file to your version of Access.
I can't. I have an old ERP written by a little software house in late 90s. I want to extract some data from it. This software has the ability to export data in an access 97 db, DDL and data all together but, don't ask me why, it does not create the mdb file itself, perhaps a bug. So I need an empty mdb file. The software house is out of business, so I can't call it for supporting. It's very difficult to find a pc with access 97 installed. I thought I could find it in the web.
How does the old ERP connect to your Access 97? ODBC, ADO, DAO, or ????
Did you try use the same meathod with Access 2003?
Try this website. Myabe it can help you.

If the above link doesn't help, I think I still have a A97 install disk somewhere. I'm sure I saw the disk in the past couple of months.
