Report not printing what is display on screen, on network printers only

I believe this is a network printing problem.

I have a report that has checkboxes and embedded scanned signatures on them. The report runs as designed and you can see the results on the screen, however, if you print to any network printer, the checkboxes and the embedded scanned images do not print.

Am I missing some setting in my report design? Or is this a printer problem? Our IT person cannot figure it out.
