    Question newbie: Struggling for query

I am trying to make a query from the attached database named dbTest.mdb which will return the total number of Men and Women according to the "Sex" column of the table named "tblAttendance" for a specific time period say 01/01/2015 to 31/03/2015.

For example, the database has 3 tables where tblTrainingName containing the training information, tblTime containing the time schedule of the training (a training could be more than one day long), and tblAttendance containing attendance information. The query should return the number of Women and Men of the participants for the training conducted between 01/01/2015 to 31/03/2015.

Please go through the database if I was unable to clear my question.

Sry Bob. I may failed to make it clear what I want. I could do that myself that u provided.
I want to get the number of M and W (that is men and women) of the training courses. According to the database, there are two courses between the period of 01/01/2015 and 31/03/2015. One is "GIS" and another is "MS Access". The course "GIS" has four participants (where "M" or Men=3 and "W" or Women=1) and "MS Access" has two participants (where "M" or Men=2 and "W" or Women=0)
So, what I need is the total number of "M" or Men and "W" or Women for the specific time period. Like for this example, the final query should return M=4 and W=1
