I have a search form where all details are pulled from main form. Is there any way of adding an edit button to open the form so details can be edited?
Much Appreciated

Don't really understand what you mean by 'pulled from main form'. If data is on 'main' form, why need to open another form?

Hi Thanks for replying, I have a main form to enter the data but cant bring it up in this form so created a separate search form which brings all data from the main master table. I then see all populated data from that original form. What I want to be able to do is press a button to edit any info or update an email address etc.
Are you asking how to eliminate the 'search' form and have one form serve both purposes?
The main form Data Entry property is set to Yes? Change it to No.
Controls in the Form header section can manage the behavior of the form. Have search input boxes and buttons. A button for 'new record' would simply move to the new record row. A 'find' button would use input to boxes as criteria to find and go to existing record.

Have added a Button to add new record and also added a button to search. When selecting the search button, can I use a text box to search.
If so can you help with coding etc.
For one method, review http://www.allenbrowne.com/ser-62.html
