Flag specific criteria

I'm using MS Access 2010, Can someone tell me how to flag a criteria in an age field like, Pop-up if age is under 14?????

Do you store date of birth in table? Do you want to filter records? Create field in query to calculate age and apply filter criteria to the constructed field.

Or do you want to validate data entry?

yes date of birth is in a table and it automatically calculates the age in a query. So i just need to apply filter criteria to the age field? Could you give me an example of the filter criteria i might use?
