    Hi,

I haven't been able to see your file, however:

In either form design or report design, select the textbox where you want to apply conditional formatting.

Go to the menu item "Format > Conditional Formatting...", or just right-click on the textbox and select "Conditional Formatting...".

From that point the conditional formatting works similar to Excel.

    Cheers,

You're right, they are complex; but perhaps a little more complex than necessary. I modified your formulas a little in Excel, then built the Access versions.

Access 2003 (and Excel 2003) is limited to 3 choices of conditional formatting. This can be overcome using VBA. So far, I've only been able to get it to work in "Single Form" mode.

    Hi,

If you meant in form "datasheet" view, then that's what I was referring to when I said:

This may still be possible with VBA, but I've been unable to accomplish it. Perhaps someone more familiar with VBA?

    Cheers,
