Programming automated Records

I have a database that is for inspections for multiple sites with multiple different items and each item has multiple occurrences on each site. I have it setup to create a site inspection and then I have create each instance of every item. How can I create an inspection and every item reference to that each site. I will post more details if need.

This is my database relationships. I have multiple sites with multiple items in each site. The way I would like it to work is create a new Inspection (record) for one location and when I do that automatically create all items related to that site. I am using one form to create new location inspections and another to complete the inspection. I would like to code this function in the creation button on the new inspection form. It will have to look up records in a separate tables and filter them according to the site selection that is chosen. I want to do as much as I can automatically because a few guys using this still think computers are good paper weights. ask questions, I can really use advice or help.
