Hid a Form, Now Can't Bring it back - tried navigation option, no luck

I recently hid 3 forms by selecting them directly in the left hand side that lists all the access obejcts. I right-clicked and selected "hide in this group". NOw I cannot unhide - I tried going to the Navigation Options but it only shows me Tables, not forms. Even when I click "Show Hidden Objects", I do not see my hidden forms. How do I get them back??

In the Navigation Options, check "Show Hidden Objects". I select "Object Type" from the "Categories" pane, but it really doesn't matter.
Click OK to close the Navigation Options dialog box.
In the white space below Modules (or Forms if there are no modules) press the F5 key.
Expand Folders group. The forms should be displayed but in gray. Click on the forms (using the CTL key), then right click and select "Unhide Group" or right click one at a time and select "Unhide Group".

Don't forget to uncheck "Show Hidden Objects" in the Navigation Options...
