(Re)Moiving the "The" from a field

I have a very old database in which several dozen entries start with "The". What I am looking for is some simple code, to move the word "The" from the start of the entry to the end, so that, for instance "The Great Escape" becomes "Great Escape, The".



I suspect that this may call for an action query but I have no idea how to create it.
