Crosstab Report

Hi All,



With your assistance I've built crosstab query that is showing daily numbers over month days.

I'm built a report, but i've noticed that the numbers added after the report is created are not being shown in the report.

What i want is to be show the current month days and the number for each category.

I've attached sample database.

If you are using a 'live' crosstab query, then any numbers added to the table WILL show in the crosstab.
If they do not, then either your criteria is wrong and not inculding it,
or possible some grouping is happing you dont see.

Dear All, I'm still stuck on the crosstab query, Can you please assist me getting it to work:
The problems that I'm facing are:

1. When setting colum headings (1,2,3, etc...), not all the data are shown.
2. I want to be able to use date range, But can not figureout how, I defined
the parameters, and tried >=[Start Date] And <=[End Date] but was getting
the result of different months.

Please let me know if you require any further clarification.

The db you posted does not have a report and there are no parameters set up for the crosstab. Need to provide what you attempted for analysis.

Thanks June6, I've dublicated the Activityday, and applied "Where" and "Not shown" and included the
date criteria and it worked.
