Access is creating duplicate records on my query?

I'm creating a very basic select query with many fields, no complicated formulas, functions, criteria, or expressions. I can't wrap my head around why Access keeps creating duplicate records for some of the programs when I run it. The duplicates all contain matching values in the fields. The source table I'm pulling these records from only list them once. It's not letting me use the "Group By" function because there are too many fields.

Here's a screenshot. As you can see, the programs NOV04009, NOV04072, NOV04208 etc... are all duplicates. Not just the Project ID but all the fields. Even though, the source table only list them once. What gives?

What's the SQL of the query? My guess is you have a table joined in with multiple records.

You were right. The tables were joined using the Project ID but one of the source tables have duplicate Project IDs but different values in other fields.
