Help with first form

I have a schedule table (id*, season, week, team1, team2), a game score table (id*, team 1 score, team2 score, ...) I would like the person to enter season and week and th elist of games in the schedule table athat have that season and week appear. Then the person chooses one of the games. and the score table id is set to the schedule id for that game and they then can enter the rest of teh scores in the score table. Any idea how to do this?

Ok so I have a form with 2 unbound boxes and a button. What I want to do is have the user put A and b in the unbounded boxes. Push the button which will do a query using the A,B value. And creat a list that the user can choose an item which will open up the update for, How do I tie th euwry to the button and the output to a choosable list?
