    I have a question your Intended users will not edit or add data from the querys. Let me know. I am doing some thing for queries

    nope. they wont. they just will edit or add new data from the form .. i mean from the updating form. query is just for them to view the data. let say architect ABC then what project did architect ABC handle.

    maximus, i want to ask 1 question. ok now there are a universal form for the adding new data for contractor, client, cs, etc table right? is it possible if i dont have the universal form but all the new data for those table will automatic update to the table whenever user enter the data that not in the list?

    No I wouldn't do that If were you Masters should be maintained by Administrators. But yes possible. Its just not professional to do it. Masters are very Important Tables. Then your Users can basically enter a new Project, Contractor etc which I don't think is a good idea. but it can be done.
