    Help with cascade combo box

It took me forever to figure it out but I think (or thought) I had finally created a form with a working cascade combo box. When I make the selection in the top box, the options in the 2nd combo box are filtered correctly. Unfortunately, when I went to test the form, when I go to make a selection in that 2nd combo box, it will always display the top name in the box. I can't change it. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

Just a bit of explaination on the form. I have two combo boxes, one for city and the 2nd for employees working in those cities. I want to be able to select the city on the top box and only show the employees working in that city for the 2nd selection.

    Thanks so much!

What method did you use? What are the row sources of the 2? Does this help?
