Text box growing causes formatting of lines to get off

Hi, I have a report I'm putting together. Some of the data in a set of text boxes varies quite a bit i length. In order to get everything on the same page, I've made it shorter, then set "Can Grow" to yes. But whenever it actually grows, the border around the box causes the entire line to look off, as seen below:

Here's the layout of the report in design view:

Any thoughts? Can I somehow just border around Details? lines betw the individ text boxes?
    Thanks!

I would set the textbox borders as transparent and have a graphic line control separate the records. Solid vertical lines are trickier but can be done, requires VBA.

I am grouping the records. It's how I'm ordering everything. Is there a way to put a border around the group?

I don't see any grouping in the report. The report design does not show using Grouping & Sorting features. There are no group header/footer sections.
