Button to open form sudden error

Hi. I am using access 2013 to build database for my work.

Basically I have a form that list all my sales order. And there is a button that bring up the detail form of selected sales order. Just like the northwind samples. But i created mine from scratch since I want mine to be simpler. Thus there is no complicated coding whatever.

This button works fine but every once or twice a week it suddenly not working. When I press the button, the following message appear
"Object or class does not support the set of events". Then the next message is
    QuotationF; Form; ; ="[SalesID]=" & [SalesID] Error 2950.

I created the button with macro builder.

    1. I tried to decompile the database but it does not solve the problem.

    2. The only solution is to delete the button and create a new button. Then it works!

I am just annoyed that this error happen randomly and I have to delete and create a new button everytime. Thus I want to seek out the root of the problem and solve this issue once for all.

    Any Idea?

I don't use macros, only VBA.

Also haven't used Access 2013. I hear it has lots of issues.

If you want to provide db for analysis, follow instructions at bottom of my post.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

I actually suspect it to be 2013 bug. I have used '03 for over 5 years and never encounter such issue, not even once.

Will try to use vba and see how it works
