How to shedule a access query ... Help me

    Hi All,

I use to run daily 110 access queries for users. Daily i use to copy a mdb file which contains all queries from share drive. All queries are passthru queries so every time when i click on query it will ask me password, so for each query i have to enter password and it will run.

Is there any way to automate it so that all queries will run and and each queries output is saved in excel isn perticular location plss... help mee..

    Thanks

    Harsha

Have you tried making a DB on you local computer with linked tables and creating the queries on your local copy. You can then send the data back to the original database thru the query. This will eliminate the password problem. You could als set up an autoexec macro that will run all the queries and send the data back at startup.
