Ctl-F will pull up a Find box that will let you search all the code. You can also Google a free tool called V-Tools that has a deep search function.

When I Ctrl-F, nothing happens!!
You need to be in the VBA code editor (you mentioned code). If you're trying to look in more than just code, I'd try that free tool.
