    ListBox Module

Hello everyone! I am trying to create a module for a listbox attached to a form i have. In that listbox I need to have fields show from a table that i have created. I'm having trouble creating the module that will show those fields when I open my form. Can some one help me get started. I am a visual learner. If I can see it I can get it. Thanks.

Modules are really for vb. You want a query tied to your listbox. (no vb needed for this)

Turn on the WIZARD in the toolbar. (magic wand)
grab the Listbox and drag it to the form.
It will ask you the questions you need to make the list.

Did that at first, but it did not allow me to have a date and time stamp. I would rather write the script for it so it will display the data fields I need it to. Picture a form with standard information fields and in the center of the form is a list box with comments and notes. This list box has three fields of data. 1st: where the comments and notes came from, (unique identifier)2nd: the comments/notes, and 3rd: the date and time they were enter into the form they came from. Hope that makes sense... Anyone think they know what I'm talking about?
