Passwords request appears while opening a DB in Access 2010 which can be openend without in 2007

Hi there I've an old Database which can be opened in 2007 without a Password
If I try to open it with Access 2010 a password will be requested ( and I've no chance to open it)
Beside this DB which should not have a password at all I have several Databases which are password protected ... those work in 2007 / 2010



If I try to make a new database in 2007 --> It works
If I try to make a new database in 2010 --> I will be asked for a password ( my Login Name is already filled)
I tried my passwords from the other encrypted DB but they don’t work
So at present I can’t make a new 2010 DB which is depressing

Does anybody have a hint what to do without damaging the working DB's Security ?

What type of security do you have in place? Workgroup or standard form login?
Is it listed in your trust center settings?

thanks for your answer
meanwhile I've read a lot a tested a lot and the reason is like ...
Recently I got a new Laptop and my It has installed Office 2010 before 2007
This has shot the security stuff within Access.
The problem was that to some degree it worked and other things just failed.
After installing MS O. 2013 everything was fine.
Our IT guy has mentioned that this was a known (bug) issue and shit just happened.
Anyway thanks !! .. and thankfully its solved now.
