    One to many form/subform problem

    Hello:
Looking for help on a one to many relationship. Have created a lot of these before, but I guess I always have trouble remembering how to do it properly.
On the attached, I am using the form “Jobs” to enter orders. The top part of the form is for the jobs. Each job may order multiple items, which are entered into the subform “OrdersForm”.
My problem is that all items ordered for all jobs appear in each and every job, not just the job the item was assigned to. In other words, under each job, I only want to see the items for that particular job.
Have tried manipulating relationships, field formats, etc, to no success.

    Thank you!Attachment 18348

Before I download db - Have you set the Master/Child Links properties of the subform container control?
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
