In Access 2010 I have a report listing serveral leases. Each lease has a large legal description which is a memo field as well as several different obligations. I have the legal descriptions set to hide duplicates as well is can shrink set to yes, but each detail line for the obligations of the lease still leaves space to print the legal descrtion which often leaves me with detail lines that are 3-4 high for each oblgation on the lease. How do I get rid of the extra space?
