Programming counter alerts for a specific field

I have a database that is updated daily and contains addresses of specific events. I wanted to program an alert (preferably email, but various options can be considered) that will indicate when a specific address has been entered more than a certain threshold value over a defined period of time. For the sake of argument, I would like an alert if an address appears more than 20 times in the last 6 months. Is that something that can be achieved in Access?

    Thanks!

Build a query. Click button on form to open report based on that query.

What is method used for 'updated daily'?
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
