Vessel managment database

I need to create a database with data cards of 50 vessels. each day i need to select 5-10 of these vessels and display them on the monitor with their photo and with their technical specifications as available during the day. these vessels will be different each day. Can someone help me how can i have a display of selected vessels available for the day, and in a nice looking background? I am new to access and forum so i need some encouragement!

Each day build a table of available vessels from a list of the universe of vessels, then display the vessels in that list in a continuous form, one vessel per page or record.
