Not the best. I've had mixed results. Can you not just use the report as access creates it?

    Options:

    1. mail merge

    2. OutputTo method

As ranman says, output by export is often not satisfactory. Why do you need Word document?

Already stated options I am aware of.

What do you mean by 'align text justify' - justify how (left, right, center, distribute)?

    Hi buddy !
Justify aline means "Align text to both the left and right margins, adding extra space between words as necessary. This creates a clean look along the the left and rights side of the page"

    Thanks in advance

I think that is the Distribute alignment.

I also have Distribute. Guess that is new in Access 2010. It doesn't really work well with multi-line text anyway.
