Outlook Folder - No List to Import

My machine had to be reimaged and since that has been done I have not be able to Link to an Outlook Folder.



This is what I do in Office 10 that use to work.

Outlook Folder
Link to the data source by creating a linked table

Once I select "Link to.." and hit OK, nothing happens. I never get the list of Outlook Folders to select what I want. The fact that I get as far as I do seems to imply that the wizard is installed.

Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe uninstall and reinstall Office?
