I need some advice on how to make a useable screen that when I scan in items with a wand it would display them on a screen that looks like the one below.

What type of box would I use?
How could I make it hide lines that go across separating items like the screen below?

Generally speaking I use a textbox to capture the input from a scanner. Your second image is not appearing for me, but the first could be recreated with a form or report.

Yes, but what type of form would be best that would scroll (hopefully upward) after each scanned item is displayed?

A form in continuous view could be made to do that, or perhaps datasheet.
