Find similar names in two tables

I have two tables - one with new imported data from exel



I have to see if any of the names in the new are the same as they are in the first original table - do they match

Not sure the correct way to do this using a query and the two tables - please help

note the names have to be "like"

so if field value xyz is matches like value xyza then show
