Page setup in both tables and queries

I want to print a table or query in landscape. I go to Page Setup, change the margins and page from portrait to landscape. If I now close Access and reopen it, why aren't those settings? Why do I have to go through the page setup again? I am using Access 2002 and 2003.

I think most of us would suggest creating a report and printing that. You'll have a lot more control over the output than trying to print a table directly.
