    Identical Combo Boxes showing different list options.

    Hello,

    I know the solution is probably staring me in the face but I cannot figure this out.

    I have a form with two (seemingly) identical combo boxes.
    As far as I can tell the only difference is one is labeled "Assigned To" and the other "Task Owner" they both have the exact same ROW Source information and all settings in the properties sheets are identical. The table these two link to has Employee number as the primary key and then employee last and first names. The Assigned To box (correctly) shows the employee names in the drop down list. The Task Owner box just shows the employee numbers.

    Any and all help is appreciated. I am fully prepared for this to be a super easy fix, but I am just not seeing it.

    Thank you!

    Did you check the column widths property? If the first column in the 2nd combo box is the PK, the width should be zero.

    Check the format tab of both combo boxes.

    Check(going from memory):
    Bound column
    Column count
    Column widths

    YESSSSSSS

    Thank you so much! I had it set for single column and I kept checking the data source thinking that was screwed up when I should have been looking at formatting.

    Thank you!!!
