Best way to fill in blank space after Detail but before Footer?

I am creating a form that lists our trainings. I am trying to keep the form to one page and have managed to format it in a way that many trainings can be listed. The problem I am having is actually when there are only a few trainings. I use this form:

Name:	Form1.jpg
Views:	11
Size:	120.9 KB
ID:	17721

The user selects the trainings they want to appear, types in the Title, Timeframe and Subtitle for the final Report, then the report opens. Everything works great. What I would like to do, is include some additional options on the above form that would include things like graphics, or additional text that would appear on the report. Here is a the report in Design Mode:

Name:	reportdesign.jpg
Views:	11
Size:	136.4 KB
ID:	17722

And here is an actual sample report:

Name:	report.jpg
Views:	11
Size:	170.1 KB
ID:	17723

So you can see that there is all the space underneath the ClassName Header and Detail Section, but above the Footer section. That is the space I want to fill.
If I put it in the footer, it goes to the bottom of the page. If I put it in the detail, it appears after every ClassName change. How do I get something to fill that space between the Detail Section
    and the Footer section?????

Maybe in the page footer section.

Or maybe another group that would be above to the ClassName and use that footer section. Base the group on an expression, like: ="Graphics"
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
