Aaahhhhh. Success! While I was looking again to try to figure out what you may have been referring to, I right-clicked on All Tables and saw "Navigation Options" (hmm... Nav pane maybe?), so I clicked on that. It probably wasn't what you meant because nothing in that window says "All Access Options", but I happened to click on one of the table names in the list entitled Groups for "Tables and Related Views" and what do you know -- up and down arrows appeared.

You can't just quickly and efficiently drag a table name up/down the list, but you can slowly, carefully (the arrows move with the line and the cursor stays behind) work the line up the list a step at a time to the desired location.

Wow!! That was pretty well hidden. If that is in the docs, it didn't come up when I searched for it. Even when I got to that Navigation Options window, if I hadn't happened to click on a line, I wouldn't have found the arrows -- nothing says anything about it there.

    Thanks for your help.

Left click where it says "All Tables" and a menu drops down then follow the directions I gave in post #14. BTW, where it says "All Tables" IS the Navigation Menu.
