    Can Shrink control

I am putting together a report. It mixes individuals and organizations so I need a possibility of both in the report but I don't want a blank space if one is vacant. I have, I think figures out the control source to come up with an empty control if one or the other is blank. The problem is that the control will not shrink when empty.

    The following control is used.

    =IIf(IsNull([LAST_NAME]),"",[ORG_NAME])

In the report, if there is a last name the control is empty so that works. It still leaves a blank place on the report though. I have the control set to shrink and the report section set to shrink.

    Any thoughts?
