Record saves from Form input to source table but disappears from Form records upon reentry.

    Hello,

So I have a form that I use to enter orders. I had previously input 2 orders into the order form, they saved to the order table as they should and still appear in the order form records. However today I added another order into the order form, it saved to the order table as it should but when I went back to the order form, it no longer appears as a record there. There is still a record of the first 2 orders in the form but the third is gone. It saved in the order form source though, which is the order table. I'm completely confounded. I don't understand how it could save it from the form to the table but no longer appear in the form. I have worked on this db quite a bit inbetween the first 2 orders and the one I entered today so I'm having a difficult time nailing down one thing that could cause this to happen. Anyone have any ideas what would cause it to not show up as a form record? Thanks in advance for any input.

I'm sorry, I'm an idiot. Figured it out. Was a case of using the wrong join in the order form source query. Besides the order table it also utilizes a customer table. I made the third order with a duplicate customer but it did not show because I did not have the "include all from orders table" type of join selected. Sorry if I wasted anyone's time.
