Cannot add record(s) from form, join key of table not in recordset

I have a form where I want users to be able to add a record to my equipment table. I get the "Cannot add record(s), join key of table 'tblEquipment' not in recordset" when I try to Enter in anything except for Company Name (of the Supplier). I have attached some snapshots of my db. Also, I know that there are lots of questions like this but I've read most of them and I'm still having issues understanding.

Please let me know if you have any advice, also, if you need more information from me just let me know and I'll get it for you. Thanks!

Please tell us more about the purpose of your database.

Does a Supplier supply Part(s) or Equipment? Tell us more about the tables and how they relate in business terms.
It looks to me , without knowing what your database is suppose to represent, that you may have at least 1 erroneous relationship.
I'm questioning the relationship between Supplier and Equipment.

The purpose of the database is to keep track of inventory. What do you think could be up with the relationship between supplier and equipment? I am totally new at this so there could potentially be a lot wrong

Inventory is not a trivial subject/project.
Have you searched for Inventory within this forum?
Here are some links to some data data models -dealing with inventory.

Thanks for the links I'm sure they are relevant. However, specifically to this problem I'm having, is there something I can change in relationships or by making something bound or unbound to fix it? I only posted some of my db, I've been working on this for a couple weeks and have gotten a fair amount of work done so far.

Nobody can talk details of your database until they have some idea of what the database is about and the business it is suppose to support.
    Have you got definitions for:
    Your tables and fields.
Have you identified your business rules?
    Do you have test data?
    Do you have any specifications?

see this for an approach to design
