Creating reports like on web template?

Hi all, I'm extremely new to Access (bear with my stupidity please!) and have been experiencing difficulty with a web template ("Timesheet"). I'd like to use that template because of the drop-down for Reports, but unfortunately I need to modify the input fields (First Name, Last Name, etc.). From what I've read (which honestly isn't that much) I can't modify the template. Would it be possible to manually create a drop-down for reports like that on a database that I've made myself?

    Thanks all!

    (p.s. I'm on Access 2007, Windows 7 64bit)

Do you have link to the web template or can you post the file?

Should be able to edit if the template is converted to accdb.

Web objects are edited in Layout view.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
