    Picture loading and viewing issue

I want to create an application that use Access 2007 as the front-end and SQL Server 2005 as the back-end. I want to use this application to store real estate properties information and sample pictures for each property.

Access has size and performance limitation. So storing data in Access is not a good option. I have used the attachment object type and attachment data type to load and view the pictures in Access. It works really well. Is it possible to mimic the same functionality with Access and SQL Server?

    Thanks,

    Ken

Access doesn't have a size/performance limitation. It is what it is. That is sort of like saying a pick up truck has a size limitation. If your application is an 18 wheeler then you should never have tried to do it with a pick up truck. Not really the pick up truck's fault.

sqlserver questions should be posted as an sqlserver site....

I have several applications with lots of links to images that work fine using Access.

Sometimes things are not black and white. I want to use the best of both worlds. I hope someone can provide links to articles I can research.
