    Are you using FORM view?

Or are you using LAYOUT view?

LAYOUT view for forms has this behavior in 2007+, as does LAYOUT or REPORT view on reports.

Also, have you considered making a copy of your database and upgrading it to 2007? or are you required to leave it in 2003 because other people in your office are still on 2003 as well.

Updating the database to 2007 will likely not fix the issue in itself. You haven't really answered either of my questions about *how* you are viewing your report or form.

If you use FORM VIEW (for forms) or PRINT PREVIEW (for reports) you should see the values without any issue.

If you want to convert the database to 2007:

    1. Make a copy of your database before you do anything
    2. Use the tools in MS access to convert the database to a more recent version (in your case 2007)
    3. Test the converted database to make sure it still functions the way it should
    4. Replace the older version database with your new database.

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
