    Units of measure converter

I wasn't sure if I should put this in Programming or Forms, but I have a form, and some blank space that I want to fill. The best use of it for my application would be a UOM (units of measure) converter, much the like Google one. I started building my own using two combo boxes and two text boxes for numerical entry. I made a table of units to units with constants in between for conversion by multiplication. Since I'm doing several conversions involving FT, I have it several times on my table.

My first question is how do I eliminate duplicate unit options from my combo boxes? Attached screenshots of what I mean. I'm also open to less tedious ways of doing this without downloading someone else's converter.

    Try a row source of

    SELECT DISTINCT FieldName FROM TableName

    Excellent! Thank you!

Another problem I have is my text boxes display too many decimals:

My format settings on both boxes is General Number with 4 decimal places. Do I need a mask? :\

If that's the result of a calculation, I'd be more likely to use the Round() function in the calculation.
