Question context help in VBA editor in Access 2007 is missing

For some time the online help function in the VB editor gives: downloading, no results available. Also the context help (F1) doesn't work.
I'm using Office 2007 and Vista. The same applies to Excel and Word. The online help in Access itself does function.
I also have an older version, Office 2003 on an older computer with XP. There the online help in the VB editors works.
I found another person with the same problem so that makes me think the cause of the problem is not in my computer but somewhere in Microsoft.

I tried Microsoft Helpdesk but they were till now not able to give any useful information. As a matter of fact they didn't think it really was a problem.
    Explorer9 is my standard browser.
Is this happining in more places? And how do I get the online help functioning again?
It looks as though the help cannot connect to the internet pages where the help should be found.

Maybe running some updates will be beneficial.

I could update to Office 2010, or 2013, maybe the help will function than, but I like working with 2007. I don't believe that Microsoft disables the Help in het VB editors of Office 2007 just to force people to update to higher versions. And in 2003 Help is still working. I wonder wether more people have the same problem with Office 2007.

I was thinking more along the line of Windows Updates. Considering you are using IE9, you probably are not referring to your XP machine, maybe you are...
