Data Duplication Problem

Hi guys, I need a help I have created a database(Multi User) for daily routine jobs it contains project #, Work Order #,etc. my colleagues when they are entering the data, they are keep on adding the same project repeatedly now the records are duplicated, I want to stop this duplication. When they are entering the same details the system should stop them entering.

Key the table so you cannot have duplicate project, fld1, etc.
Then no matter how many times they enter it, it wont duplicate.
