they've given me a task to make a tracking and recording those incoming and out going correspondence.

i have an idea ms access but the database for this task gives me a hard time.

in my data i have the following which is encoded in excel:

*Letters that we received. Incoming and outgoing.
    -Letter date
    -Reference number

    -subject
    -from
    -to

    *Inside Contacts (companies employee)

*outside contacts (sender from different company)

need help to have a better construction/design of the database for this.
